We hope your group will consider joining Sports Outreach USA in the summer of 2008 as we partner with churches in the Baja area of Mexico to minister to their local children through sports and games.  We will be running a ministry initiative called KidsGames.
 
KidsGames is a world-wide sports outreach movement connecting with children aged 6-14 and communities in which they live.   KidsGames includes the elements of sports and games, the Bible, creativity, leadership, and compassion all integrated into a fun event that invites all children to participate.  KidsGames serves children who learn and compete together to bring about personal, spiritual and community transformation.
 
There are KidsGames happening on every continent and in a large number of countries.  KidsGames was started in the year 2000 in seven countries; by 2003 over 75 countries had participated. This number is quickly growing.

2.  Registration Instructions

  1. Download a group registration form below. The cost is $940 per person. 

  2. Determine how many people attending. Send in a $250 deposit per person along with the completed registration form. (For example, if you are expecting to bring a total of 15, you will need to send in a deposit of $3,750.) Payments need to be made by check (payable to Sports Outreach USA) - we are unable to process credit card payments at this time.

  3. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis; so register early to ensure your acceptance. Spots are limited. Registrations and deposits must be received by October 31, 2007.

  4. Your team's final balance is due by June 15, 2008. If your balance is not received by that date, your reservations may be dropped. 

  5. Please understand that in order to assure the most affordable trip pricing, all deposits are non-refundable.

  6. Mail your check (payable Sports Outreach) and completed form to:
